Christopher Conley

Year 2

Christopher is originally from Glasgow in the UK and graduated from the University of Bath with Bachelor of Science degree specializing in Biology. He started his teaching career in The Czech Republic ten years ago as an ESL teacher before moving to China to pursue teaching in the international school environment. Christopher has eight years of experience as an international teacher focusing on younger students. During this time has gained a lot teaching experience working with the International Baccalaureate curriculum, as well as multiple teaching certificates as part of his professional development. He is currently working towards achieving qualified teacher status (QTS) through the University of Sunderland. Christopher is passionate about lifelong learning and is continually developing his teaching skills and knowledge.

They should have agency to use their creativity and imagination to inquire into the world around them while also striving for academic excellence. I want to support my students in their academic journey and be an enabler for them.’’
Christopher loves to travel and explore new countries. He particularly loves to travel to places where he can indulge his passion for scuba-diving and free-diving. As well as travelling with his family, he also loves to cook, read and swim.

Christopher喜欢旅行和探索新的国家。他特别喜欢去一些地方旅行,在那里他可以尽情享受潜水和自由跳水。除了和家人一起旅行外,他还喜欢烹饪、阅读和游泳。
